Some tips for marketing

Don’t forget to inform your users about the new feature to boost communication.

  1. Announcements

Before launching, you gathered your audience on social media or messengers. Informing users that they can now communicate directly on your platform is crucial. Regular announcements will help build user awareness. You can also send push notifications about the new feature. Consider these approaches:

  • Social media posts explaining how to join the chat and the benefits it offers.
  • Push notifications, especially if there is a stream or special event provided in the chat.
  1. Extra Events

Host additional events in chats to attract more users and highlight the benefits of the chat feature.

  • For sports events, consider the discussion of the game.
  • For video platforms, host online screenings with co-watching options.
  • For other domains, offer other video or audio live-streams with experts in a chat.
  1. In-app marketing messages

You can use chats to send marketing messages; there is a special tool to do it. More than that, you can use marketing messages, or as we call them, coupons for selling and CTA. You can add some text and a picture to tell your users something important or announce something, or you can share some valuable offers (discounts on subscriptions, free bets, etc.). Also, you can send personalised pop-ups via API.
