Automated Pre-Moderation
Based on block lists.
Pre-moderation is the first step in the moderation process. During this step, the system prohibits users from typing certain forbidden words or phrases in a chat. This is based on several lists that can be constantly updated. If a message is blocked from being sent, users receive a notification that the message has been restricted.
Block lists with words, phrases, URLs, and nicknames are available. Please navigate the admin panel > Pre-moderation section and add all needed words or links.
List of words > words without spaces.
List of phrases > words with spaces and special characters and sentences.
List of URLs > any links.
List of nicknames > users cannot use words from this list in their nicknames but can send them in a chat.
Please remember that there are default lists for lists available for administrators, except for those available for administrators. They are pre-loaded and closed for editing.
There is a set of 100% inappropriate words. We prepare these lists before the launch; therefore, your moderators can work with lists available for editing on the admin panel. They can add new words and lists as they monitor the chat feed anytime.
Supported languages
- Arabic (ar),
- Armenian (hy),
- Dutch (Nl),
- English (en),

When you choose a default language for the chat (Language > Localisation), you activate the chat interface and the default pre-moderation list. When you transfer a GET parameter with a new language, the pre-moderation switches to the needed one.
At the same time, when you add words, phrases, and links to the pre-moderation lists available on the admin panel, they are restricted for any language activated on your chats because they are linked to your project.
Masking personal data
All phone numbers, numbers of crypto wallets and bank accounts that users send in a chat are masked.
All links users send in a chat are unclickable. However, you can prevent users from sending links.
To turn this tool on, you have to
- Open Settings / Functional Settings on the admin panel.
- Find the "Block links sending" toggle and activate or deactivate it. By default, it is turned off.
A regular user's attempt to send a message containing a link will be blocked when enabled. Instead of sending the message, the user will be warned: "You cannot send links to a chat."
This warning informs the user of the existing restrictions and prevents the unauthorized distribution of external links.
