Profile Deletion

Showing the ‘Delete profile’ button in users’ personal settings. It allows the deletion of a chat profile but doesn’t affect the main user’s profile on the partner’s service.

If you enable this toggle, your users will see the 'Delete Profile' button in their personal settings. This allows them to delete their chat profile.

After deleting their profile, users cannot use the chat, send messages, or read chat information. They can restore the chat profile within 30 days. After that, the profile is deleted permanently.

Users can still create a new chat profile, but without message history. Deleting a chat profile does not affect the main user profile on your platform. To provide a more consistent experience, we recommend disabling this toggle.
