How to choose widgets to use
The Watchers platform offers a wide range of engagement widgets that serve different audiences and goals, and can be combined to meet specific needs.
When should you start to use widgets and in which order?
The first week after the launch
-
Badges since the launch can at once start to work for your users' engagement
The benefit of badges is that once set up, they work for you. You can adjust triggers and other settings later, but active users receive awards immediately.
We provide three types of badges. You can read about the differences in the documentation. All motivate and enable building a gamification system linking badges with avatar sets, sticker packs, and giveaways.
-
Fan clubs since the launch help users to make the chat environment their own space by showcasing their preferences
Fan clubs don't directly boost metrics, but they increase loyalty. Users prefer digital places where they can show their preferences. We constantly observe strong user interest—most users on platforms with fan clubs choose and display a club.
During the first month after the launch
-
Polls
When your audience is gathered in chats, it is the perfect time to engage them or get their feedback on any queries. Various polls can be the best solution. You can post them one by one, send the scope via API, or schedule and duplicate them manually. This provides constant entertainment for your users.
-
Giveaways
If you need to boost your audience, grow their interest immediately, or encourage them to return, giveaways work well. Giveaways can be linked with badges for better gamification or started for users who began using the chat some time ago. This shows new users why they should return more. You can connect a giveaway with your CRM system to provide valuable prizes or simplify the process by connecting with winners directly. Giveaways use a randomiser, so even the platform cannot influence the results.

Marketing offers
When your users start to see the chat environment as their own space, you can promote other products, services, sales, or anything in their space through our widgets. Use them consistently. Avoid flooding with ads, build cohorts, and use various templates with funny sublines to engage the audience more easily.
