3. In-app Marketing Messages
You can use chats to send marketing offers. 4. Badges and Achievements
Build a system of badges and achievements to increase retention. You can connect the badge system with ratings and tiers on your main platform or create one just for chat users, build badge chains, and use icons as badges. You can also link sticker packs to badges, so only users with specific badges can send their special stickers.
