In-chat interface elements

You can select and configure which elements will be available to users through the admin panel. To do this, open the admin panel and navigate Settings > Chat Customisation > Interface Elements. Note that you can enable or disable these elements anytime, and these settings directly impact the user experience.

Final check on moderation tools

• Pre-moderation words and phrases: Have you added everything you planned?
• Do you allow users to send unclickable links in the chat, or do you want to restrict that? If you restrict, please enable the appropriate toggle in Settings > Functional Settings.
• Have you turned on the AI tools and set the thresholds?
