Moderation Dashboard
Main moderation metrics: how many messages were hidden, why, and a list of the most toxc users
You can activate a moderation dashboard through Settings > Functional Settings.
While active, the dashboard is available in the Moderation Outcomes section.
First, choose the month to view the metrics. You cannot select a custom period, only a specific month. After choosing the month, you see the relevant metrics:
- Total messages—all messages users sent in a chat.
- Hidden by AI—how many sent messages are hidden by AI moderation.
- Hidden manually—if you have additional control, this number shows how many messages were hidden.
- User reports—how many times your users reported other users or messages.
Moderation levels include all four steps of our moderation system:
- Input protection tracks how many times users were stopped by the pre-moderation system. This system can be adjusted for your project and different languages, or disabled entirely or in specific rooms. Learn more about premoderation
- AI moderation is based on prompts for the LLM. It can be adjusted for your project, disabled, activated to hide messages, or activated just to flag them.
- The reports and personal blocks section tracks user moderation actions: how many times users block each other and send reports to the system. Learn more about user moderation tools.
- Manual review track actions of your moderators if you have any.
Activity over time displays all four level dynamics for the chosen period.
Then, you find the diagram with the most popular violations: it is based on AI moderation performance.
Below is the list of users who violated the rules most often. The table includes user IDs, both regular and decrypted, and the number of hidden messages. You can click the Review button to open the user profile on the admin panel and check their recent messages, bans, reports, and more.
The last part of the dashboard covers user moderation tools: how many times users reported each other (including the process funnel showing if they completed the action) and personal blockings—how many times they blocked and unblocked each other (the graph also shows the action funnel).
You can download the report you are viewing. To get multiple reports, open each one and download them separately.
