Localisation
Watchers solution is fully localised into all needed languages.
We have a list of prepared languages for the chat interface; you can activate any of them as a default one, or as additional ones. Also, you can localised editional texts for all needed languages. To change an active language for users, you must transfer a GET parameter.
Interface languages
When you launch a chat, you need to choose a default language for it. I doen’t matter, if your platform supprts one language or a plethora of them, it is necessary to choose what language will the main on the chat.
We have the list of prepared language, you can see all of them and select the default one through the admin panel (Settings > Language and localisation)

Then, select all available languages if suitable.

Automatic translation of messages for users
If your users are from different countries or bilingual regions, you can activate the automatic translation for them. If activated, this tool allows users to choose the language they want to read messages in. All messages will be translated into this particular language for this particular user. This user can deactivate this tool, or change the needed language anytime.
How to activate this tool for users through the admin panel:

How can users change the language
- on the chat with the specific button

- on the personal settings

Additional texts
There are tabs 'Placeholder,' 'Chat rules,' and 'Additional states of the rooms' on the Settings > Language and Localisation. Here, you can add variants of all these texts in all needed languages. Be aware that these texts are not part of the main chat interface (because you need to add the text which will fit your brand/platform), so you need to localise them on your side.
Languages and moderation
When you choose a default language for the chat, it activates not only the chat interface but also the default pre-moderation list. When you transfer a GET-paratmeter with a new language, the pre-moderation switches to a needed one.
At the same time, when you add words, phrases, and links to the pre-moderation lists available on the admin panel, they are restricted for any language activated on your chats.
