Admin's personal reply

Admins can reply personally to users through the admin panel or chat interface

If admins reply personally to a user, only that user will see the message. The personal reply will also be visible on the admin panel. In chat, other users do not see these replies.

Two ways to reply to users personally:

  • On the admin panel

Available for all roles on the admin panel: moderator, community manager, or admin.

To reply to the user, the admin panel user has to apply for the contextual menu of the message:

Then type a message. The message will be fully visible on the admin panel, but only the user whom was replied will see the message in chat.

Admin can delete their message or edit it.

  • On the chat interface

Admin can also reply to the message through the chat interface. For this, they need to apply for the contextual menu of the message and choose personal reply. It will be visible for admins and for the user to whom the admin replied.
