Sticky Promo Offer

A marketing offer that stays on the page and does not affect your users when they are texting in a chat

If you want to make your marketing or promotional offer stay in chat, but be not so enforcing as a pop-up, it is a perfect solution. These offers can be personalised.

How to create and set it up

To create a sticky offer, open Widgets > Sticky Promo Offer and start with clicking the button Create.

Then, choose the template. After picking one, you still can change a template on the next step.

On the next step, you need to customise the offer according to the chosen template. If you template contain just an image, you still need to add the title—to have an opportunity to find it in the list of all published offers.

Add the localisation of your offer for all available interface languages, if needed.

Choose what you prefer to add in an offer: a link or a promo code.

If you choose a link, you can also specify how this link will be open—at the same window, in a new window, etc.

If you add a promo code, it will be copied by user when they click the button on the offer (of, in a case of the offer with no button, by click the offer at any place).

Next step—display settings

You need to choose when to start and when to finish showing your offer. You can display it once or many times, at once your user joins a chat, or with a delay. timing is in set in your time zone.

The last step—audience

Choose where to send this offer. It can be one room, several, or all rooms on the platform. You can also personalise your offer and add a list of userIDs to share it with specific users.

User behaviour

Users can click the offer, close it, or continue to communicate with offer staying in chat.

If user goes to another room, and the offer was set up for displaying it once, the offer disappears automatically.
