Network Connectivity Setup

To enable the integration, our platform sends requests to your API endpoints. If your configuration also uses OAuth, these requests are used to interact with your authorization services.

Required Actions:

Add our IP addresses to the allowlist at all levels of your infrastructure where incoming traffic is filtered. This may include:

• WAFs and CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare, Akamai, AWS WAF);

• Ingress controllers and API gateways (e.g., Kong, Nginx, Traefik);

• Firewalls and cloud security settings (e.g., Security Groups).

Important: Without this configuration, requests to your endpoints may be blocked, causing authorization errors and improper functioning of business logic.
